Our Ways of Working
Panasonic Automotive strives to provide a workplace that blends the flexibility of working remotely with valuable in-person collaboration. Based on role responsibilities and customer needs, employees are identified as one of the following variations:
Onsite Full-time
Employees that fall under this category have roles that require them to be physically onsite to perform in their role or use equipment only available onsite. They will work from their assigned PASA facility full-time.
WFH Hybrid
Employees that fall under this category require in-person collaboration from time-to-time to complete job-related tasks. Please keep in mind, hybrid employees must have the ability to be onsite with reasonable short notice and without reimbursement for travel costs. These individuals will work with their manager to develop a schedule that alternates between working remotely and onsite at a PASA facility.
WFH Full-time
Employees that fall under this category are independent workers that require limited collaboration with others. These individuals will work remotely with the requirement to be onsite 1-2 times per quarter for events such as training or team building and eligible for travel reimbursement.
Onsite & Hybrid Roles
Some of our roles are high-impact for our organization, which may mean you can join us in-person at one of our locations across North America.
We understand the significance of moments that matter in your onsite experience, and we prioritize creating a workspace that not only promotes productivity but also ensures a fulfilling and positive work atmosphere.
Working Remotely
Some of our roles allow for you to work any time, anywhere!
For our remote roles at Panasonic Automotive, you'll be seamlessly integrated into a vibrant and inclusive work culture.
