About our Engineering Pathway program
The purpose of Panasonic Energy's Graduate Engineering Pathway Program is to provide a wide-ranging experience with our organization, develop a diversely equipped talent pipeline for potential employment, and provide learning and development opportunities within Panasonic and Panasonic Energy.
Our program provides graduate students an opportunity to gain practical work experience through working on business-driven projects and exposing them to the work done at Panasonic Energy.
Panasonic Energy offers a unique chance to work across the business to learn and gain valuable experience. Participants will spend six (6) months in each of these areas of Panasonic Energy:
⚡ Mechanical Engineering (ME) ⚡ Cell & Process Engineering (C&P) ⚡ Quality Engineering ⚡ Program Management
Duration
Panasonic Energy's Graduate Engineering Pathway program is 24 months, two whole years! The program launches on July 8th, 2024.
Qualifications
To qualify for consideration, we require:
⚡ Undergraduate degree in Engineering or related field, obtained within the past 18 months of start date (July 8th, 2024)
⚡ Must be willing to commit to entire program onsite in Sparks, NV at the Gigafactory
Relocation & Transportation
Interested in our Engineering Pathway Program at our Sparks, NV facility? Panasonic Energy is proud to offer a relocation package for Pathway participants.
Transportation to and from the Gigafactory is included.
